Service Operations Manager - Shaftesbury - Wessex Fire & Security

Wessex Fire & Security is a successful specialist fire and security company based in North Dorset.  We Install and maintain a broad range of systems including: Intruder, Fire, CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Lighting, and Fire Extinguishers. 

We are currently looking for an experienced, talented and motivated Service Operations Manager.  As head of department, the successful candidate will manage the Service Department team members including: Engineers, Technical Support, Account Management and Administration, to ensure team objectives and goals are met.  You will play a key role in ensuring that we provide the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships. 

Remuneration:

  • Salary dependent on experience
