All year round

Keep your family and property protected 24/7, 365 days a year with our dedicated maintenance and monitoring packages.

You’ve invested in your security system and now you want to get the most from it. Our packages include regular maintenance visits, maximum response time call outs from friendly, expert engineers, immediate alarm notifications to you, your nominated keyholders or the police, and remote alarm resets.

The service you need

As with most of our products and services, our size and experience mean Wessex have the flexibility to create the maintenance and monitoring package that works for you, your business and your budget.

Wessex can build you the service package that works for your specific needs. Choose how often we service your system, every 6 months or annually, and the alerting procedure you require, as well as the level of personal access you would like to your system on a daily basis.

One visit

Most of our alarm engineers are cross-trained to carry out your extinguisher servicing, required once a year, at the same that we do the scheduled maintenance of your alarm system. So you may only need as little as one annual maintenance visit to keep your system up to speed.

Insurance

Having well-planned, installed and maintained security systems can make a difference to your home and property insurance premiums, and help if you have to make a claim.

Reassurance

Regular checks and maintenance is the only way to have confidence that your security systems are ready to protect your household in any situation.

Upgrade

At any point in time your needs may change. You may acquire specific property that needs added security, or carry out changes to your home that allow for better access permissions, for example. Wessex can visit and advise on upgrades or adjustments to your system at any point.

National Security Inspectorate (NSI)

Wessex Fire & Security have held NACOSS Gold security accreditation for security system installation and maintenance since 1991. All NSI Gold security companies meet the requirements of the police and operate an accredited ISO 9001 Quality Management System, audited annually.

British Security Industry Association (BSIA)

We are proud to have been members of the BSIA since 1991. BSIA is the trade association for the professional security industry in the UK. The BSIA hallmark is a symbol of quality and professionalism for security buyers and industry partners.

Electrical Contractors Association (ECA)

Since 1984 Wessex Fire & Security have been members of the ECA, whose membership base encompasses installers, manufacturers, distributors and end users across the electronics and electrical industry.

Fire Industry Association (FIA)

The FIA is a not-for-profit trade association with the aim of promoting the professional status of the UK fire safety industry. They also provide training on legislation and regulations across the industry. Wessex Fire & Safety have been members since 2001.
