Investors in People were delighted to present a certificate to Wessex Group, encompassing Wessex Electricals, Wessex Fire & Security and Wessex Property Care in recognition of their Investor in People accreditation for the 10th year in a row.
This is a fantastic achievement demonstrating an ongoing dedication to people and a commitment to continuous business improvement. Wessex Group join a select but growing number of organisations, representing businesses of all sizes and sectors who have achieved such a significant milestone and enjoyed the successive Investors in People (IIP) reviews for a decade or more.
Launched in 1991, IIP is a flexible and easy to use standard which has helped thousands of organisations improve their business performance.
