We have recently been undertaking training for the new CCTV provider that we are now offering our customers and installing called Hanwha.
Hanwha’s trainers have been attending our offices to talk through the different ranges they offer, installing of devices, analytic capabilities, set up and commission of cameras and recorders, their VMS software, app connection and basic troubleshooting and fault finding.
Alongside this we have now started to make use of our fantastic new demo room.
Gordon, who works within the Service department is now a qualified Gent trainer and will be providing Gent training, beginner and advanced, to the wider engineering team. This had kicked off a few weeks ago and seems to be going well with the training room proving extremely useful.
