Wessex Fire & Security is thrilled to announce that we have received the highest rating from our customer J&G Environmental in their latest supplier feedback report.
J&G Environmental conducts a comprehensive review of their suppliers’ performance on a yearly basis, as part of their continuous improvement programme. They aim to work with their suppliers, assisting and encouraging them in identifying areas for improvement. We are therefore delighted to have received an A rating, the highest possible, rating us as ‘Fully Acceptable – Good customer/ supplier relationship’.
The evaluation from J&G Environmental covered several different areas of our business operations, including:
- Quality Factor: price, delivery, quality and service
- Environmental Issues: general awareness, documented policy, and application
- H & S Issues: general awareness, documented policy, and application
