Wessex Fire & Security were delighted to receive the following email from the Construction Services Manager at Sherborne School last week who wrote:
“I thought it important to drop you a line to provide some feedback following a recent call upon the services of Wessex Fire & Security. We had a situation which required us to protect a premise with a comprehensive security system as a matter of urgency. I made a call to Mark Taylor and explained the situation, emphasising the need of urgency. Mark advised that he see what he could do and come back to me.
Sure enough Mark came back to me within the hour and had worked his magic. Within a couple of hours Wessex engineers and equipment descended on the School and work was well underway to provide a solution!
I wanted to pass on my gratitude and that of the School to Wessex for pulling out the stops to ensure that our needs were met.
It is unfortunate that in this age, customer service and understanding of the customers’ needs have been lost and do not seem to matter within many larger organisations.
I can sincerely state that this example demonstrates that whilst Wessex are a large organisation, they have certainly not lost their customer focus and still very much remain a family run business which ensures that their customers are looked after, and their needs met.
