Raglan Housing: “Wessex were asked if they could mobilise their electrical and plumbing resources and look after an additional 4000 homes within a week – they did it in 24 hours.”
The reactive and planned maintenance of electrical, plumbing and small building works for Raglan’s social housing estate was left abruptly with no reactive electrical or plumbing support for over 4000 of their tenants.
Having had previous ad-hoc experience of electrical and security work from the Wessex Group and being impressed, Raglan turned to Wessex and asked if they could temporarily look after their South West region extending from Christchurch, Dorset to Torquay in Devon and up to Bristol.
Andy McKenzie, Raglan Housing said “We have had previous dealings with parts of the Wessex Group and have always found them to be professional, reliable and helpful. Their ability to rally resources so quickly in the midst of the incumbent company suffering from the recession was a huge benefit to us. You ask Wessex to do a job and it’s done.”
