Background:
Allum & Sidaway began as a business in 1942. The company was founded by Peter Allum from a small clock and watch repair shop. Allum & Sidaway opened their first retail shop in Shaftesbury in 1952. The business has since flourished with outlets across Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire. In 1988 Peter’s grandson Jason joined the company and is now Managing Director for the Company.
Scope:
Wessex Fire & Security work across the client portfolio, carrying out installations of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV systems, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers to provide peace of mind to the client that their premises have comprehensive fire and security systems in place.
Understanding the client business and critical nature of the systems that we provide, we work closely with Allum & Sidaway and frequently review the fire safety and security concerns for the existing portfolio as well as provide solutions for the expansion plans.
