Background:

Designed and developed by their own in-house team of experts and manufactured in their own factory in Northern Ireland, Dimplex Quantum use low cost, off-peak energy and are up to 27% cheaper to run using 22% less energy than comparable static storage heaters.

Scope:
Wessex Electricals were awarded a contract on the Isle of Wight with Housing 21. This contract involves the replacement of night storage heaters with new Quantum Dimplex heaters in 29 bedrooms at Evan Williams Court, Carisbrooke.
We have recently completed a full heating upgrade to 33 flats and communal areas at Belmont Court in Parkstone on behalf of Poole Housing Partnership. This contract involved replacing the old storage heaters with brand new Dimplex Quantum heaters.
Wessex Electricals were also instructed for a heating installation contract with Sovereign Housing, and began work on 88 properties in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The contract consisted of removing the existing air to air heat pumps and install new Dimplex quantum heaters throughout the 88 properties.
We have also carried out further storage heater installation works at 60 properties for Wiltshire Council.
Wessex work with an increasing number of Housing Associations and Council’s who are selecting the Dimplex Quantum heaters because of their ability to offer a low cost heating solution that can reduce tenant’s heating bills, whilst providing instant heat on demand.
