Description of Work: Installation of Dimplex Quantum Heaters
Background:
We are proud to continue and expand our relationship with Wiltshire Council to include repairs and planned works. We have worked with Wiltshire Council (formally Salisbury District Council) since 1978 which is something we are extremely proud of.
Scope:
The team has been instructed initially to install and upgrade night storage heating with Dimplex Quantum storage heater to tenanted homes. To date we have successfully upgrade in excess of 100 homes.
We have an excellent working relationship with Dimplex and we have already worked with them on numerous contracts; this relationship allows us to have a steady supply of Quantum heaters allowing for quick mobilisation of new contracts.
We have spent a lot of time refining our installation process along with the manufacturer Dimplex to provide good end user support and user information, allowing us to achieve very high satisfaction levels with the tenants who have received new heaters.
