Remedial Works
Remedial works are often necessary when taking on a new property, or in reaction to new or updated government regulations. Whatever the trigger, Wessex appreciate that you will need the work carried out quickly, expertly and with a full understanding of the laws for rental and housing association properties.
Expert consultation
Whether it’s an electrical certification, an update to all-important fire cladding, or a structural or security concern, no remedial job is too big or small for Wessex to address.
Following a simple initial phone consultation, an expert Property Care specialist will assess your property’s needs against the proposed usage and relevant housing association, government laws or national guidelines. With a no obligation quote, including an optional proposal for ongoing maintenance, you will have all the information you need to proceed.
Complete skillset
All Wessex tradespeople are directly employed by us meaning we can coordinate work centrally, manage quality across your changes, and simplify billing for your convenience.
Every job will be managed by us with an up-to-date view of status and timeline available for you through our central office at any time. Our services cover, among many others: cladding updates, installation and repairs to bathrooms and kitchens, replacement windows and doors, decorating, repairs and gas or electrical testing. We will also provide you with all certification, and recommendations for any further work required, on completion of the job.
