Refurbishments
Your property is your investment and taking care of it is essential to protect that investment. Whether you want to revamp your property between tenants, or have taken on a new property in need of substantial repairs, Wessex have the expertise and experience to provide you a cost effective, quality service.
Cost and quality
Managing cost is vital when managing a rental property, but you don’t want to compromise on quality, or your tenants comfort and safety, when making changes. Wessex understand that the more detail you have to work with the better you can manage your budgets.
From a no obligation telephone consultation, through to full, on-site review of your needs and final estimates, we will work closely with you to ensure that we get a clear picture of your vision and timescales, before providing you with a complete plan and quotation. Our friendly, expert central office team coordinate all your estimates, across all our services, to help provide you with a complete picture of your project before kick off, and throughout the change.
No job too large or small
Our size, experience and diverse range of skills means we are in the rare position to be able to build a complete team to meet your more extensive needs, or simply deploy a single expert to tackle a small change with no fuss.
Wessex can tackle jobs as wide ranging as completely rewiring serviced apartment blocks, to replastering and decorating, plumbing, central heating and everything in between. We are also able to coordinate all of our services for you, across the wider Wessex group, to provide end-to-end fire, safety, electrical, and structural changes to meet your needs.
Our values
Year-round support
Our maintenance packages mean that we can be on call to resolve emergencies with your property at any time of day or night, 365 days a year. And our digitally networked central call and job management system means that we can capture details and pass them on to the nearest, expert engineer to respond to your issue as soon as possible.
Safety first
All of our tradesmen work to a standard in accordance with the most up-to-date UK regulations so all the work you have done, whether planned or in response to a call out, or even to legacy systems, will be compliant and – where required – certified.
